brings me to another point. One evening I was between
jobs and soul
searched and I asked myself, "What do you feel passionate about?"
The
answer hit me like a ton of bricks! I felt passionate
about beauty, elegance,
and in style evening dresses. Thus came this website. |

If you are selling plus size at least have a model who is a size 22/24 at the smallest. ...But many larger women want to shop where everybody else is shopping. It's not about the clothes, it's a desire to be included and be mainstream and not shunned off to another store. Why not make the hot fashion styles, but in bigger sizes? I'm 5' 6" wear a size 26 and a C cup. Never seem to find anything that will fit me in the chest area...What will I wear? Why does every dress I buy have to be altered? Why do I feel ignored when I shop in department stores? Should I start making my clothes? Clothes hang differently on average people than plus sized...and may mislead you into purchasing something that you shouldn't be wearing. (The need to see plus size models for plus size clothing). My biggest pet peeve about clothing is that they don't make tops long enough to cover my stomach. If you're catering to plus-size women...then you should be showing them how they can look super-sexy (as if they don't) in what you're selling. (Comment about stores). The sad part is most of my old clothes are either horribly out of style or don't quite fit, yet "someday" I envision myself wearing them again. Are these questions and facts familiar to you? |
